Episode 112 – Pick on Someone Your OWN Size!

Last week several prominent Facebook pages were “deactivated” with nearly zero explanation or warning. The page for “The Thinking Atheist” (with more than 200,000 likes), its host Seth Andrews as well as Sarah Morehead and JT Eberhard. They had been subsequently reinstated, but this is only the latest in a series of capricious take-downs. For example, you might remember in 2008 VenomFangX falsely filed DMCA Take-down Claims against Thunderf00t on YouTube. Instead of pursuing legal perjury charges, VenomFangX agreed to posting a public video recounting his false DMCA actions, admitting that he lied then apologized.

So, who is the one discriminating, scamming and bullying against whom?
