The Alaskan Territories were bought by the United States from the Russian Empire in 1867; even THEN it was bordered by the New British Lands of the Northwestern Territory and British Columbia – areas that would become the sovereign nation of Canada later.

With the current pandemic closing the border between the United States and Canada for non-essential travel, there is STILL an allowance for US Citizens to travel to and from Alaska with certain restrictions for safety.

And yet there are STILL fools who are abusing this generosity and MAYBE they need to be made an example of.
