Gov. Greg Abbott (R) of Texas had issued an executive order banning Covid vaccines mandates because they were under “emergency authorization” for use. But now that full FDA approval has been given he’s backpedaled, banning vaccine mandates of any kind.

This isn’t just a medical emergency; this is one about education and leadership.
